TRIBES CLUB CANNOT AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE CONTINUOUS, UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE ACCESS TO THE TRIBES CLUB WEBSITE.
THE CONTENT PUBLISHED OR MADE AVAILABLE ON THE TRIBES CLUB WEBSITE OR A LINKED SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS, AND TRIBES CLUB SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR SUCH INACCURACIES OR ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY MADE TO THE CONTENT ON THE TRIBES CLUB WEBSITE AND LINKED SITES. Our rules are to ensure all people can participate in the public conversation freely and safely.
Violent Speech: You may not threaten, incite, glorify, or express desire for violence or harm.
Violent & Hateful Entities: You can’t affiliate with or promote the activities of violent and hateful entities.
Child Sexual Exploitation: We have zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation.
Abuse/Harassment: You may not share abusive content, engage in the targeted harassment of someone, or incite other people to do so.
Hateful conduct: You may not attack other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease.
Perpetrators of Violent Attacks: We will remove any accounts maintained by individual perpetrators of terrorist, violent extremist, or mass violent attacks, and may also remove content disseminating manifestos or other content produced by perpetrators.
Suicide: You may not promote or encourage suicide or self-harm.
Sensitive media: You may not post media that is excessively gory or share violent or adult content within live video or in profile or header images. Media depicting sexual violence and/or assault is also not permitted.
Illegal or Certain Regulated Goods or Services: You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose or in furtherance of illegal activities. This includes selling, buying, or facilitating transactions in illegal goods or services, as well as certain types of regulated goods or services.
Private Information: You may not publish or post other people's private information (such as home phone number and address) without their express authorization and permission. We also prohibit threatening to expose private information or incentivizing others to do so.
Nudity: We don’t allow nudity. This includes photos, videos, and some digitally-created content that show sexual intercourse, genitals, and close-ups of fully-nude buttocks. It also includes some photos of female nipples, but photos in the context of breastfeeding, birth giving and after-birth moments, health-related situations (for example, post-mastectomy, breast cancer awareness or gender confirmation surgery) or an act of protest are allowed. Nudity in photos of paintings and sculptures is OK, too.
Account Compromise: You may not use or attempt to use credentials, passwords, tokens, keys, cookies or other data to log into or otherwise access, add, delete or modify the private information or account features of any Tribes Club account other than your own.
If you select a username or similar identifier for your account, we may change it if we believe it is appropriate or necessary (for example, if it infringes someone's intellectual property or impersonates another user).
If you use content covered by intellectual property rights that we have and make available in our Service (for example, images, designs, videos, or sounds we provide that you add to content you create or share), we retain all rights to our content (but not yours).
You must obtain written permission from us or under an open source license to modify, create derivative works of, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from us.
The Tribes Club may terminate User’s access, or suspend any User’s access to all or part of the Tribes Club Website, without notice, for any conduct that the Tribes Club, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another User, a third-party Provider or Tribes Club. Tribes Club reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms of Use.
No waiver of these Terms of Use by Tribes Club shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition, and any failure of Tribes Club to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.
The Tribes Club reserves the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time in its sole discretion by posting revisions. Such revisions will be effective immediately upon posting them to the Tribes Club Website. Your use of the Tribes Club Website after such changes have been posted shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.
